but the meter in the car? goes up almost to the H. I added coolant and Antifreeze and then the car started smoking afterwards smelt like something was burning. So, could it be possible that i have a radiator leak and eventhough nothing is dripping on the ground?? or is it something else???? Do i need a Radiator Flush?

You have a problem I am familiar with. On some ford products the cooling fan is electric. If you have that one check motor, relay from cooling system, sender (Temp in engine)
If these are ok, try replacing the thermostat. (Put it in right side up.)
If you have overheated it too badly you may have cracked a cylinder head or blown a gasket and warped a head.
Check exhaust when hot....see steam? Coolant loss from engine....many dollars. Looseing coolant? You have engine damage. Mark the resevoir with a marker where the coolant is. Dirve the car normally and watch for drop in level...Hot to hot, or cold to cold. Coolant goes back and forth to the resevoir so it must be level and either hot..hot. Or cold, cold.
