Anyone who has driven or own(ed) this car what did you think? Pros and Cons? Easy to drive? MPG?

I own a 2001 Escape and my sister owns a 2007 Mariner.

Even though they're the same car, I like the interior of the Mariner by far. The Mariner seems to have a more functional and appealing interior than my Escape.

The Mariner is available with Automatic Four Wheel Drive, and when driving on snow, you can't even feel it engage, and it feels like you're still on pavement.

They're easy to drive and manage. Even on sharper turns, it doesn't have the typical feeling of flipping that normal SUV's have.

On the Mariner, the only drawbacks I could find was the fuel tank is a bit on the small side, only about 300 miles per tank, and you can't lock in the four wheel drive if you want to.

As for mileage, I'm not sure about city (probably 18-20), but for both my Escape and my sisters Mariner, we're both getting between 22 and 25mpg freeway. That's with the V6 engine.
