Side marker bulb replacement

Hello, my wife has a 2005 Mercury Mariner.

One of the front side marker bulbs burnt out. Owner's manual explains headlamp and turn signal bulb replacement, but tells you to vist dealer for side marker bulb replacement.

Does anyone know how to remove headlight assembly to get at the tiny side marker bulb?

I had the same problem, to get to the side marker you need to open the wheel well and get access through the wheel well.........hope this helps.
