one morning i tried to turn on my car but it wouldnt go past the run stage and when i removed key it stayed in run position. i replaced tumbler and now it would start but would not turn off. i disconnected coil to turn off vehicle but still stayed in run position with keys removed. any ideas? is it the ignition switch?
