...much is it worth? only 344 of em 1971 Mercury Cyclone, 429 Cobra Jet Engine, Only 344 of them made, all numbers match, needs restoration How much is it worth around? Probably looking to sell

That car is most likely worth a good chunk of change to the right person. The Mercury cars hold a little more prestige in the automotive world, just because naturally there were fewer of them produced in general, also many Mercurys had special options unique to the Mercury instead of Fords. They carried many so called experimental futuristic things that was did for a trial basis to see if those things would sell and make it in the real world... For that same fact, many people avoided Mercury like the plague. I happen to love that body style of Cyclone very unique grill and headlight combo... There again, much to the taste of each individual. I would say you could get 5000-8000, depending upon the real condition of the car.
