Default 2004 sable mis-fire #3

My wife sable has a misfire on cylinder # 3 so I want to replace the plug and the coil over boot,The car has 65,000 mi on the 24 value DOHC 3.0 .
My question from what I see there is no way to change the boot on # 3 unless you pull the plenum or intake manifold ( correct)
How hard is it ?
does the new gaskets on the manifold need to be tighten in sequence and if any what Ft Pounds? torque
any help would be appreciated
