Default 06 Milan V6 Bad Coil Packs cause PCM Issues?

I recently had issues with my car while running. The OBD reader told me that cylinders 4 and 5 were misfiring. So I replaced all of my spark plugs but, the issue is still persisting and now the reader says 4,5, and now 6 are misfiring. So I'm going to change out all of the coil packs to see if that fixes the issue.

I tested the 3 coil packs with an ohm meter and they all read 0.00. I've been reading that bad coil packs can fry your PCM if not replaced in time. Is that for sure a potential problem? I'd hate to dump $60 on coil packs with my PCM being bad and it fry my coil packs again.
