Exclamation 2006 Grand Marquis Stuck in Park after Removing Driver Door Panel

I recently ran into a problem with my driver side door. I couldn't roll up the window. I removed the power window console from the door. and took that apart to see if I could find out why the window wouldn't roll up. After I didn't find anything with that, I took the door panel off. this required me to disconnect the trunk switch, and 1 other bundle of cabling. I couldn't see anything useful so I revisited the power console for the windows. The switch wasn't making contact. I bent the contact a bit, and got my window rolled up. After I put everything back together, the mirror, and the power locks stopped working. They won't lock with either the keys, or the buttons on any door. The door ajar sensor is now stuck as always on, and the overhead lights will not turn off for about 10-15 minutes after the car is off, and the doors are closed. I can't get the car out of park either. I have tried pressing the break and turning the key(partially) to get it out of park. The break lights do work, so I don't think it is the break switch. I did disconnect some of the door while the car was running however. I'm going to check some of the fuses and see if any blew out, but would like any suggestions on this matter. Any information would be helpful as I'm not very good with vehicles.

I will be able to add some attachments later.
